2010.5GEO - George's Orange
George's Orange was the roadside orange juice stand that was started by the George Family in the 1940's. It was originally located on Highway 40 and is now South Adams Street. It was located where Dixon Glass is now located just south of A Street. When Highway 40 was relocated and became Highway 80 George's Orange was moved to the highway area of West A Street and the new highway.

2010.9DAWSON'S CIGAR STOR - Dawson's Cigar Store
Dawson's Cigar Store was established in 1908 on the northeast corner of First and A Streets by brothers Ben and Bill Dawson. Joe and Clarabell Dawson bought the business in the early 1940's and moved it across the street to the northwest corner of First and A Streets where it remains today under different ownership.
