The Rattenbury Family File. 32 pgs. Effie Rattenbury was the Solano County Queen to the 1915 Pan Pacific International Exposition Fair in San Francisco. She married Leo Marvin and they owned Marvin's Garage on A St. where the Post Office is now located. They owned the lots and developed the property on Marvin Way.
