Dawson's Bar 105 North First Street in Dixon. Interior view. Tom Desmond, bartender, behind the bar on opening day in 1945. The bar originally opened in 1908 directly across the street on the n.e. corner of First and A Streets by brothers Bill and Ben Dawson and was known as Dawson's Cigar Store. |
